Bust: measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. If you are measuring a garment, lay it flat, measure straight across, and double the number. Waist: measure around the narrowest part of your waist. If you are measuring a garment, lay it flat, measure straight across the waist, and double the number. Sleeve: measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve. If you are measuring your arm, go from the shoulder bone to the wrist.
